We stayed in this hotel for only 1 night during our trip, unfortunately. This hotel is fabulous and met our specific needs. We have a 2 year old baby and as soon as we were met by the lovely receptionist, she simply acknowledged our baby! Its such a small thing, but it really made a difference. There is also a play area for small kids over at the breakfast location. He played over there while we checked in. Another staff member gave our son a kids mask and a little pin for his bag which he was over the moon with! Such nice little things for them to do but we really appreciated their genuine friendliness, helpfulness and warmth. I don't ever expect to be treated like royalty for staying in a place, but the staff who work there people who know how to work in hospitality! Location: Monaco is small but can be quite confusing to navigate by foot until you get used to the elevators and the different levels streets are on. The hotel location is about a 5 minute walk from the train station. Room: The room is nice, spacious, has the most comfortable bed, and a great shower. It had a kitchentte area, sink, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all the cutlery you would need. Our room also had a city view balcony which was really nice to sit on and enjoy a few drinks when baby was asleep. (just a side note: there is a lot of construction work going on in Monaco at the moment so there is quite a lot of noise outside of drilling etc) The noise wasn't a problem though once the balcony door is closed. Bed: Excellent. An elephant could have been doing backflips on the other side and I would have had no idea. There is also a lounger/couch type thing that could be used to sleep on if you have an argument with the missus! Breakfast: Fantastic breakfast and a very friendly person managing everything and ensuring everything is top notch. Again, she played with our son a little which was lovely. Not sure if dinner was an option as unfortunately we only stayed 1 night.

The apartment was excellent and well equipped. Easy access from Monte Carlo station via 2 public lifts (difficult to find, behind a portico pillar just up Boulevard Princess Charlotte outside top exit to station) the first then second directly opposite. On leaving the second lift the hotel is about 50 metres to the left. Getting down to the casino square is steady downhill in about 10 mins. Getting back is a bit more challenging but via various walkways and escalators to the station makes it less tiring. Worth the extra for a premium room.

Walkable from Monaco Port Hercule and the Monaco train station, it is very easy if you know how to take the elevators and escalators. It is in a back street so it is very quiet and I didn't notice a lot of noise from other rooms either. There is a nice balcony where you can sit down and relax if it is warm enough. The bed was comfortable and the room size adequate. The kitchen had all I needed for one person but I did not cook. The check-in was swift but that was basically the only time I interacted with someone at the hotel.

definitely a value for money hotel. Very close to Monte Carlo casino and to the shopping area. Very important, the hotel offers some parking spaces inside the building in a cost of 15€ per day. The guest is able to move the car as many times as he wishes-You have our own key for the garage. There are many elevators in Monaco so try to find the closest to the hotel. Believe me, you save much walking as it is uphill. Very polite and willing staff.

The best location for Monaco ! I know Monaco very well- this is the best location! Just two steps from gare de Monaco (Monaco railway station) up on lift 🛗 and here you are in hotel ! We took a big apartment with two bedrooms, one living room with kitchen and sofa could be one plus bed. So many people can live in such apartment. bathroom and toilet were separated. It was real flat ). All stuff for kitchen is included.
